Looking for a unique historic country setting in the Kawartha Lakes District for a casual wedding or celebration?  Our restored turn-of-the-century barn and gardens may just be the setting you envision.  The landscape includes a river view, perennial gardens, central rose garden, and French style wrought-iron gazebo which are guaranteed to make dazzling backdrops for impressive pictures of your special day.  Stonewalls of an older barn and the veranda of the stone house are additional locations for memorable captions.

The interior of the hay mow of the barn measures 30 by 50 or 1,500 square feet.  This facility will comfortably seat 100 guests and new flooring and lighting was installed in 2007.  There are not many of these classic structures left in the area and we are pleased that we could restore and improve this barn for a new purpose that will insure years of continued enjoyment.  A patio adjacent to the barn provides additional outside seating.

Four guest rooms at the B&B and a separate gathering room are also part of this property and are available to house guests or the wedding party.  In addition there are two spa rooms where massages and other spa treatments can be arranged for right on the premises.
